Perfect for calming and relaxing
I really have been enjoying my anxiety blanket. When I need to calm down or just relax I use this blanket. It helps me remember my box breathing more effectively. It's so comfy I usually end up taking a short nap.
Security Blanket
My 5 yr old son has been going through a phase where he did not want to stay in his bedroom. He would often wake up in the middle night and come to our bed. Since I bought him this, he does not wake, only rarely. I did sleep it with myself the first few nights so it would smell like “mommy” and it was heavenly. Not hot and the right amount of weight. The plaid print is lovely as well.

Feels good without being too heavy.
I like this blanket because it made me feel calm and secure, but didn’t make me overheat. It is very hot where I live, so a breathable blanket is a must. My kids also like the weight, and it’s not too heavy for them to use. The pink color was very aesthetically pleasing, too.
Not too hot!
I got the weighted blanket, and I'm really happy with it. Living in Florida, I was worried it might be too hot, but it’s actually pretty breathable. The weight is evenly distributed, so it feels like a gentle hug all night. I've been sleeping better and waking up less often.
The fabric is really soft, and it doesn’t make me overheat, even on warmer nights. Plus, it's easy to clean . Overall, it's been a great addition to my sleep routine. If you’re considering one, it’s definitely worth it.
